Current Opening: Part-Time Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist

Camino Law is looking for a warm, organized, bilingual person to join our team as a part-time Legal Intake Specialist.
We are a woman-owned family law firm with a simple mission: we help families stay out of court, stay friends, and raise happier kids. Our clients are often calling us during some of the hardest moments of their lives, so the person who answers that first call matters enormously.
We're looking for someone who genuinely likes people, communicates with compassion and confidence, and can keep track of the details while making prospective clients feel cared for.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for prospective clients by phone, email, and in person, in both English and Spanish
- Conduct intake calls, gather information, and learn what prospective clients need
- Explain our services, process, and next steps clearly and warmly
- Schedule consultations with our attorneys
- Follow up with prospective clients and help them move forward when we're the right fit
- Keep client and lead information accurate and organized in our systems
- Track basic intake and conversion numbers
- Help make the transition from prospective client to Camino client feel seamless
- Assist with answering phones, greeting visitors, mail, supplies, scanning, filing, and other basic office needs
Who We're Looking For
Required:
- Fluent Spanish and English, spoken and written
- Warm, empathetic, and comfortable talking with people who may be stressed or emotional
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable juggling several things at once
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable with email, calendars, and basic technology
Especially helpful, but not required:
- Sales, customer service, intake, or business development experience
- Experience in a law office, medical office, nonprofit, or other client-service environment
- Experience using a CRM or case-management system
You do not need prior family law experience. We can teach you our systems and processes. We care much more about finding someone who is kind, capable, curious, dependable, and eager to learn.

Schedule & Growth
This is an in-office, part-time position in downtown Greensboro, approximately 20–25 hours per week during regular weekday business hours. The specific schedule will be determined based on the needs of the firm and the availability of the right candidate.
There is potential for this position to grow into a full-time role.
Pay: $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience.
