Immigration Case Manager
Shannon has been in the legal field for more than 25 years as a administrative assistant, paralegal and office manager. She has worked with many different types of clients, the majority of them in immigration matters.
She is both paralegal and navigator, as she works closely with the attorneys and spends time learning about our clients' stories and backgrounds, so as to best guide them through the often complex issues in immigration cases. She is an eagle-eyed editor and proofreader who can anticipate what immigration officers might flag as problematic and fixes it beforehand.
She has had to relocate several times in her life with her husband as he proudly served in the U.S. Armed Forces, so she knows first-hand what it is like to have to move to a new place and learn a new culture.
Shannon was born and raised in Greensboro, NC, where she and her husband have returned after years abroad, and they have two daughters, ages 24 and 18, along with 4 dog children. Shannon enjoys riding motorcycles and singing in the band at her local church.
